Buzzing and Beating

NOT LINEN BUT FELT

In the outskirts of Äskhult, hidden in the shrubs, a tiny house. The buzzing wasps left the house like the blistering heat in ancient times. Ones heated, the fibres are willing to let go their firm fibres but only after beating, crushing and carding. Now I’m able to work with the curly flax fibres, not to make linen but felt.
