Dear mr. Hofstede,

Often is said our forests are the lunges of our living environment. I wonder now, while cutting the drainage system of the Asserbos, how to hydrate a dehydrated forest. Since they lacked maintenance for some time now. Blockage of the capillaries in our living environment is not a desirable situation. Maintenance is needed to keep organs vital!

Goorlaan, February 2021, Heavy rains and blocked ditches and trenches are causing soggy paths and temporary bypasses.
